All products are available to be picked up at our home store location, located in the heart of Enniskillen, a short drive north of Bowmanville, Ontario.

Shipping - we ship using Canada Post, using their Express Post system, most parcels shipped within Ontario and Quebec are received within 1-2 business days, outside of Ontario and Quebec but within Canada parcels are received within 2-4 business days, in both cases these parcels are tracked. Shipping is based on size and weight of products ordered.
Returns - All returns must be authorized before being sent back - return postage will be your responsibility. Items that are to be returned must be UNOPENED. If there is any problem with your order we will do everything we can to make it right, please email Crystal as soon as possible.
